摘要
目的对王不留行的化学成分进行研究。方法采用溶剂提取法,大孔树脂、反相硅胶C18柱层析以及高效液相色谱法对王不留行乙醇/水提取物进行分离纯化,并利用化合物的理化性质以及波谱学数据确定了化合物的结构。结果从王不留行乙醇/水提取物中分离鉴定了4个化合物的结构,分别为腺苷(1),腺嘌呤(2),(+)-(S)-N,N,N-三甲基色氨酸内铵盐(3),以及洋芹素-6-C-阿拉伯糖-葡萄糖苷(4)。结论化合物1和2为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of the seeds of Vaccaria segetalis. Methods Chromatogra- phy and spectral analysis were used to isolate the constituents and elucidate their structures. Results Four compounds were isolated from the alcohol extract of the seeds of Vaccaria segetalis, and identified as adenosine ( 1 ) , adenine ( 2 ) , ( + ) - (S) - N, N, N - trimethyl tryptophane betabine ( 3 ) , apigenin - 6 - C - arabinosyl glucoside (4). Conclusion Compound 1 and 2 were isolated from the seeds of this plant for the first time.
