摘要
目的研究丙烯酰胺亚急性染毒对断乳期雄性大鼠精子形态的毒性影响,并探讨精子畸形类型的构成比。方法初断乳大鼠随机分为低剂量、中剂量和高剂量组,通过连续28 d给各组大鼠分别灌服剂量为5、15、30 mg/(kg·d)的丙烯酰胺,观察灌服不同剂量的丙烯酰胺对精子形态的影响,评价丙烯酰胺对断乳期雄性大鼠精子的毒性作用。结果丙烯酰胺造成断乳期雄性大鼠精子畸形率增加(P<0.01),且畸变率与摄入剂量呈正相关。结论丙烯酰胺对断乳期雄性大鼠精子具有明显的毒性作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of sub-acute exposure to acrylamide (AA) on sperm morphology in weaning male rats. Methods These animals were randomly divided into three different dose groups. The toxicity of acrylamide on sperm morphology was observed in weaning male SD rats treated with acrylamide at various doses (5,15 or 30 mg/( kg · d) for 28 days consecutively. Results The number of abnormal sperm in weaning rat was increased, and the rate of abnormity had a direct correlation with the intake dose.Conclusion Acrylamide may induce a remarkable toxic effect on the sperm of weaning male rats.
