摘要
分析了HFW焊管超声波探伤不合格的影响因素,提出了提高HFW焊管超声波探伤合格率的有效措施。研究表明,钢板内部存在着级别较高、聚集分布的Al2O3和稀土硫氧化物等非金属夹杂物,在制管应力作用下产生钩状裂纹,是导致HFW焊管探伤不合格的根本原因;含Ca,Si,Al,Mg,Na和O等元素的大型夹渣也会导致HFW焊管探伤不合格;通过采取Si-Ca处理代替RE处理、增加RH真空处理、控制中包连浇炉数、低S和超低S技术等针对性措施,提高钢水纯净度和连铸坯质量,可有效提高钢板探伤合格率。
In this article, the influence factors of UT on HFW pipe were analyzed and effective measures for improving UT conformity ratio were pointed out. The results showed that high level collectively distributed aluminium oxides and RE oxides/sulfides which caused hooked cracks were the fundamental reason of ultrasonic test failure;large inclusions containing Ca, Si, Al, Mg, Na and O can also lead to ultrasonic test failure;by adopting Si-Ca treatment instead of RE treatment, increasing RH vacuum treatment, controlling the number of casting furnace, the low-sulfur and super low-sulfur technology, which improved the purity of melt steel and the quality of casting blank, can effectively enhance the conformity ratio of ultrasonic test.
