摘要 目前,鲍曼不动杆菌的多重耐药性在世界范围内暴发流行并有愈演愈烈的趋势,尤其在重症监护病房及烧伤病房,泛耐药鲍曼不动杆菌被称为21世纪革兰阴性菌的"MRSA"、"超级细菌",近几年研究表明这与致病菌形成生物膜有关。本文对近几年鲍曼不动杆菌感染现状、生物膜形成、耐药机制及其防治等方面的研究现状进行综述。 At present, the multiple drug resistance of acinetobacter baumannii outbreak worldwide and has intensified the trend, especially in the intensive care unit and burn ward, generic drug resistant acinetobacter baumannii known as the 21st century gram-negative bacterium "MRSA", "uperbugs",in recent years, researches have shown that this is associated with pathogenic bacteria to form biofilms. In this paper, the status of acinetobacter baumannii infection in recent years, biofilm formation, resistance mechanism and summarized the research status of prevention and cure.
