摘要
某1.0L自然吸气汽油机增压升级后,发动机的有效燃油消耗率比原机高,引起了对汽油机增压升级后节油机理的疑义。利用GT-Drive平台搭建模型模拟同一车型分别搭载该1.0L增压样机与1.3L自然吸气式汽油机的燃油消耗,并分析不同使用工况下整车的节油潜力。结果表明,与搭载1.3L自然吸气式发动机相比,搭载该1.0L增压发动机在保持整车动力性不变的条件下,整车油耗平均下降5.18%。同时,通过分析排气背压对节油潜力的影响,提出了增压样机进一步节油的改进措施。
In view of some doubts on the fuel saving mechanism of turbocharging caused by the increase in the effective specific fuel consumption of a 1. 0L naturally aspirated gasoline engine after upgrade by turbocharging, a model is constructed with GT-Drive platform to simulate the fuel consumptions of vehicles of same make powered by a 1.0 L turbocharged engine prototype and a 1.3 L naturally aspirated gasoline engine respectively with the fuel saving potential of vehicles in different operation conditions analyzed. The results indicate that compared with 1.3 L naturally aspirated gasoline engine with same vehicle power performance, the average fuel consumption of 1.0 L tur- bocharged engine is 5. 18% less. In addition, the influence of exhaust back pressure on the fuel consumption of engine is analyzed with the measures for further improving the fuel saving effects of turbocharged engine given.
