脑微出血与血管性认知损害的研究进展 被引量:8

摘要 血管性认知损害(vascular cognitive impairment,VCI)是痴呆病因之一,最早定义为由皮层或皮层下梗死而引起的多发性脑梗死性痴呆和卒中后痴呆.然而皮层下小血管病同样在VCI中发挥重要作用[1-3].磁共振为血管性痴呆诊断标准之一[4].磁共振检查小血管病的表现包括白质高信号(white matter hyperintensity,WMH)和多发腔隙灶.近年来,脑微出血(cerebral microbleeds,CMBs)被认为也是一种小血管病的病理表现[5-10],但是其对认知功能损害的临床意义仍不清楚[11].本文对CMBs与VCI近年的研究成果作一综述.
