甘精胰岛素联合二甲双胍治疗初发2型糖尿病的疗效观察 被引量:16

摘要 目的比较甘精胰岛素联合二甲双胍与预混胰岛素注射两种方案治疗初诊2型糖尿病患者的降糖效果及安全性。方法初次诊断的2型糖尿病患者56例,随机分为观察组(甘精胰岛素联合二甲双胍组)和对照组(诺和锐30R皮下注射组),各28例,均治疗3个月。测定每组治疗前后空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平,统计胰岛素的用量及观察治疗期间低血糖的发生情况。结果治疗后两组FBG、2hPG、HbA1c均较治疗前明显下降(P均<0.01),观察组胰岛素用量较对照组明显减少[(20.82±2.16)U vs(30.26±3.68)U,P<0.01],低血糖发生率明显低于对照组(28.6%vs 78.6%,P<0.01)。结论甘精胰岛素联合二甲双胍治疗初诊2型糖尿病患者,不仅能有效控制血糖,并可减少胰岛素用量,患者依从性好,使用方便,低血糖发生率低,为初诊2型糖尿病患者行之有效的降糖方案。
