指出实验室的作用怎么强调都不过分,加强实验室建设首先要重视实验室的作用,要在政策上,管理体制机制上,实验队伍建设上进行改革,最后介绍了华中师范大学在这些方面采取的具体措施及取得的效果。

The interviewee pointed out that the laboratory function can never be emphasized excessive, and that as we want to intensify laboratory construction, firstly we must attach importance to the function of laboratory from idea, then we can work to reform our policies, the management system and mechanism, and the construction of laboratory staffs. Meanwhile President Huang introduced concrete measures adopted and obtained effects by Central China Normal university.
