摘要
分析中山大学图书馆学本科生毕业去向的数据和在校本科生就业意向的问卷调查结果,归纳出影响专业教育的因素包括图书馆员职业的社会地位、职业相关的制度和市场经济、价值观等外因,以及招生与学生认同感、专业培养目标与课程设置、教学模式与方法等内因,并建议将图书馆、图书馆学教育和社会的整体发展紧密结合,重视职业竞争"软"、"硬"实力的培养,加强与毕业生联系,及时评估并调整课程设置。
The paper makes an analysis based on data of graduates employment and results of the ques- tionnaire survey on undergraduates in library science, Sun Yat-sen University, and finds that factors influ- encing the library science professional education are as follows, external factors includes social status of li- brarian occupation, related system and other factors such as market economy and commonly shared values, and internal factors includes admissions and identify of library science, the goal of major training and set- ting of curriculum, teaching mode and methods. Finally, the paper comes up with some suggestions such as combining library, education of library science and society development closely, paying attention to cultiva- ting soft and hard power of professional competition, strengthening the connection with graduates and eval- uating and adjusting the curriculum timely.
