摘要
拆卸时间是产品可拆卸性评价的关键指标,拆卸时间的确定对于产品的可拆卸设计和回收决策具有重要意义。为了高效评估产品拆卸时间,提出了基于方法时间衡量(MTM)法的拆卸时间评估方法。以报废汽车前盘式制动器部件为例,分析了该部件的拆卸过程,对每个拆卸过程进行了基本动作分解,通过MTM方法对每个动作的拆卸时间进行映射估算,累积求和获得整个部件的拆卸时间。
Disassembly time is one key indicator for product disassembliability evaluation. Determination of disassembly lime is important for product design for disassembly (DFD) and recycling decisions.In order to efficiently assess l)roduct's disassembly time,a novel disassembly time evaluation method is proposed based on Method Time Measurement (MTM). Take a front disc brake of end-of-life vehicle as an exampLe,its disassembly process is analyzed and broken down into the disassembly operations .And the disassembly operation time can be estimated based on MTM ,thus the entire part's disassembly time is deduced by adding all of the disassembly operation time.
