摘要
研究了杨梅籽油的总抗氧化能力、清除羟基自由基、DPPH自由基能力及对血脂的调节作用,研究结果表明:杨梅籽油能有效地清除自由基,清除羟基自由基、DPPH自由基的IC50值分别为75.94、2.25 mg/mL;相比高脂模型组,杨梅籽油剂量组小鼠体重增加缓慢,肝脏指数显著降低,血清中总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平显著降低,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平极显著升高(P<0.01)。杨梅籽油具有一定的抗氧化活性,具有显著调节血脂水平的作用,为杨梅籽油作为优质的小品种油开发利用奠定理论基础。
The antioxidant activity of Myrica Rubra seed oil was evaluated with total antioxidant power, DPPH and hydroxyl scavenging activities, and blood lipid regulation function. The results showed that the ICs0 values of DP- PH and hydroxyl radical scavenging abilities were 75.94 μg/mL and 2.25 mg/mL respectively. Compared with high fat model groups, the contents of TC, TG and LDL- C were significantly reduced(P 〈0.01 ), the HDL- C were significantly increased (P 〈 0.01 ). Myrica rubra seed oil has some kind of antioxidant activities and significant blood lipid regulation.
