摘要 以4,4’-二氨基二苯甲烷(AG80)为基体树脂,以4,4’-二氨基二苯砜(DDS)为固化剂,制备了树脂体系并进行改性研究。对树脂粘度、凝胶时间、DSC及浇注体力学性能等方面进行了测试。结果表明,通过树脂改性可以增加树脂体系的粘度,减少树脂体系的凝胶时间,树脂体系浇注体的力学性能,随着改性填料的加入呈现出先增强后减小的规律。 The key performance of modified epoxy resin prepared from epoxy resin(4,4'-diamino diphenyl methane),silicon carbide,diatomite and curing agent(4,4'-diamino diphenyl sulfone)was researched.Besides viscosity,gel time of resin and mechanical properties of casting body was tested.Experiment showed that the viscosity of the modified resin was higher than the original one,and the gel time was much less.And with the addition of packing the mechanical properties of the modified resin enhanced firstly then decreased.
