摘要
针对TEM发射机的发射电流信号质量无法定量分析的问题,设计了一款发射信号质量测量系统。提出了信号质量评价的算法,设计了电流传感器、信号调理、A/D转换和触发电路等硬件电路和软件流程,采用软件控制技术实现了信号的变采样率采集。完成了TEM发射电流信号的各阶段时间、电流值、期望直线及拟合度、关断率、过冲率等描述信号质量的参数测量。实际应用表明,系统设计合理可行,测量结果对TEM发射机的质量判断以及反演中一次场影响的算法研究提供了有利的依据。
To solve the problem that emission current signal quality cannot be quantitative analyzed, a TEM transmitted signal quality measurement system was designed. The signal quality assessment algorithms were proposed. Hardware circuits including cur- rent sensor, signal adjusting, AD conversion and trigger were designed, and software implementation was introduced. Signal acquisi- tion based on variable sampling rate was implemented by software control technique. Various describing signal quality parameters of TEM current signal were measured, such as time interval, current value, expect line fitting rate, shutoff rate and overshoot rate, etc. Practices show that the system is reasonable and feasible. The results provide a favorable basis for judging the quality of TEM trans- mitter and researching on the effect of the primary field to the inversion algorithm.
