云南建设民族团结示范区与和谐民族关系的基本经验及启示

The Basic Experience of the Construction of the Ethnic Solidarity Demonstration Area and the Harmonious Ethnic Relations in Yunnan and Its Revelation

云南省立足基本省情,积极探索和实践中国特色民族地区发展改革稳定之路,走出了一条具有中国特色、云南特点的民族工作路子,并在民族工作创新、少数民族干部培养、民族文化繁荣、民族关系和谐等方面创造了宝贵经验,在全国民族地区发挥了示范作用。文章在总结云南民族团结示范区建设的实践特色及基本经验的基础上指出,民族团结、边疆稳定是一个动态的过程,在云南民族团结示范区建设中,如何始终致力于各民族的平等、团结,围绕民族问题谍发展,围绕民族关系促稳定,围绕民族事务推改革,围绕民族文化求繁荣,认真处理好改革、发展与稳定的关系,依然面临着一系列困难与挑战,并就此从十二个方面提出了对策和建议。

On the basis of its basic situation,Yunnan province develops a way of the development,reform,and stability in ethnic areas with Chinese characteristics.The way,as a successful ethnic work with both Chinese and Yunnan characteristics,creates valuable experience in some aspects,such as innovation of ethnic work,training of ethnic cadres,prosperity of ethnic culture,harmony of ethnic relations,etc.,and plays an exemplary role in Chinese ethnic areas.By summarizing the features of the practice and basic experience about the construction of the ethnic solidarity demonstration area in Yunnan,the paper points out that the ethnic solidarity and stability in border areas of China is a developing process and in the construction of the ethnic solidarity demonstration area in Yunnan,how to realize the ethnic equality and solidarity,to seek the development centre on ethnic issues,to promote the stability around ethnic relations,to push the reform centre on ethnic affairs,to seek the prosperity round ethnic culture,and to seriously cope with the relationships among reform,development,and stability,is still facing a series of difficulties and challenges.Based on the above,countermeasures and suggestions from twelve aspects are put forward.
