超声与血管造影对颈动脉粥样硬化病变诊断的对比分析 被引量:8

摘要 目的研究颈部血管超声与数字减影血管造影检查对颈动脉粥样斑块病变的诊断意义。方法对48例出现临床症状的脑血管病患者进行颈动脉超声和血管造影检查,计算诊断颈部血管狭窄的敏感性和特异性,同时算出两检查对硬化斑块检出率的差异。结果超声检查与血管造影在诊断颈动脉狭窄尤其对重度狭窄及闭塞动脉的诊断,超声检查对硬化斑块的检出率明显高于血管造影,特别是在一些动脉分叉的血管处超声诊断更有意义。结论血管造影与超声检查具有高度一致性,但超声检查具有方便、快捷、经济的优点,提倡采用颈部超声来筛选和诊断颈部血管病变。
