休闲观光农业可持续发展探讨——以荆州太湖桃花村农家乐旅游为例

Sustainable Development of Recreational Sightseeing Agriculture ——Taking Farm Tourism in Jingzhou Taihu Peach Blossom Village as an Example

近年来,我国休闲观光农业呈快速发展态势。农家乐旅游作为休闲观光农业的一种模式,其发展几乎遍及全国各地,有效提高了农民的收入水平,但在其发展过程中也存在不少问题。通过对荆州市太湖桃花村农家乐旅游发展现状的描述,深入分析了其客源、交通情况、市场竞争环境、政府支持力度、相关政策的完善程度、经营者的相互关系以及管理水平等方面的问题,提出了促进太湖桃花村农家乐可持续发展的策略。

Leisure agriculture experiences a booming growth in China. Farm tourism,one of the leisure agriculture, has almost been developing throughout all the parts of the country and promoting the farmers＇ income very effectively. Problems exist in every corner around the process. Based on the development situation of the Taihu Peach Blossom Village, passenger origin, the traffic, the market competition, the support of the government, the perfection of the policy and the manage level of the businesses and the relationship among them were analyzed. The strategies for promoting the sustainable development of the farm tourism are put forward.
