摘要
随着图像处理技术和无线通信技术的发展,人们对视频监控的效果提出了更高的要求,智能监控以其实时性和智能性展现了其广阔的应用前景,越来越受到人们的重视。运动目标的检测是视频智能处理与分析的关键,也是其他后续处理的基础,文中使用减背景法与帧差法相结合的检测算法,通过调用短信收发的接口设计了一个智能监控系统,利用OpenCv技术实现了系统各个模块的功能。实验结果表明,该系统能较好地实现目标的检测与实时预警的功能,具有较好的稳定性与鲁棒性。
With the development of image processing and radio communication technology,people have attached much higher requirement to the effect of video surveillance. Intelligent surveillance has shown a abroad application prospect with its real time and intelligence,thus winning more and more people's attention. The detection of moving objection is not only the key to the processing and analysis of intelligent surveillance,but also the basis of the subsequent processing. This paper presents detecting algorithm, which combines background subtraction with inter-frame difference. An intelligent surveillance system is designed via calling the interface of a short massage and all the modules' functions are realized by OpenCv. The experimental results show that this system can realize the the function of detection and realtime alarm and has good stability and robustness.
