高应力软岩底鼓巷道锚注联合支护技术研究

摘要 随着煤矿开采深度的不断增加,高应力软岩巷道底板变形严重,影响了矿井的正常生产。为彻底解决底鼓难以控制的问题,以船景煤矿首采区轨道上山为例,结合现场底板变形特征,利用数值模拟对比分析不同断面形状下的围岩变形,提出了带反底拱的直墙半圆拱形+注浆锚杆索联合支护方案,并且分析了反底拱底板注浆结构体的稳定性。采用该支护方案后,两帮平均移近量仅为82.5 mm;平均底鼓量仅为52.5 mm;顶板无明显下沉量。表明该方案能够提高高应力软岩巷道岩体强度、改善围岩力学性能和结构、提高围岩的整体承载能力,从而有效控制高应力软岩巷道底鼓。 With the depth of coal mining increasing,the deformation of floor e is serious in high stress soft rock roadway,which lead to the mine can not normal production. In order to solve the problem of which heaving floor is hard to control,takes uphill track of the initial mining area in Chuanjing coal mine for example,combines with deformation characteristics of field floor,by using numerical simulation to contrast and analyze the deformation of surrounding rock in different section shape,puts forward the scheme that straight wall semicircle arch with inverted arch + bolting,anchor cable and grouting combined supporting,and analyzes the stability of inverted arch floor grouting structural body. The average convergence between two sidewalls is only 82. 5 mm,the average measure of heaving floor is only 52. 5 mm,and the roof has no obvious subsidence after adopted the supporting scheme. It shows that the supporting scheme can increase the rock mass strength of high stress soft rock roadway,improve the mechanical performance and structure of surrounding rock,increase the integrated carrying capacity of surrounding rock,control the heaving floor of high stress soft rock roadway effectively.
