Exploration of New Medical Reform of Basic Traditional Chinese Medicine Talents Training Mode

2009年,国家发布了新医改方案,我国基层中医药人才既面临存在的自身不足问题又承担着新的政策性风险,当然也面临着新的机遇。本文依据新医改下中医药事业发展和中医药医疗市场的需要,具体分析了现今基层中医药医疗人员所处的历史背景和特点,并在此基础上探索研究基层中医药人才培养的新模式。

In 2009, our state issued the new healthcare reform,Grassroots talents of Chinese medicine in our country are facing the problems of their shortage of ability and bear the new policy risk.Of course they are also faced with new development opportunities.This article which is based on both the career development and the medical market needs of the traditional Chinese medicine under the new health care, analyzes specifically the history background of the current grass-roots medical personnel of Chinese medicine and their characteristics, and on this basis to explore and research new mode of talent cultivation of traditional Chinese medicine.
