东莞市厚街镇2011—2013年入托入学儿童预防接种证查验及疫苗补种情况分析

Analysis on the Situation of Vaccination Registration Check and Remedial Vaccination for Enrolled Primary School Students and Kindergarten Children in Houjie Town of Dongguan from 2011 to 2013

目的了解东莞市厚街镇入托入学儿童预防接种证查验及国家扩大免疫规划疫苗补种情况,为今后更好地开展计划免疫工作、制定有效措施提供科学依据。方法收集我镇2011—2013年所有入托入学儿童预防接种证的查验和疫苗补种资料,进行统计分析。结果三年共查验入托入学儿童34 491人,学生查验率为94.72%,持证率为83.33%,补证率为90.93%,疫苗补种率为88.43%;入托儿童查验率、持证率、补证率及疫苗补种率高于入学儿童;公立学校学生查验率、持证率、补证率及疫苗补种率高于私立学校。结论应进一步加强本镇入托入学儿童预防接种证的查验和疫苗补种工作,须特别加强对私立教育机构的指导和管理,通过查验预防接种证的手段,提高儿童免疫接种率,有效预防和控制疫苗相关传染病的发生与流行。

OBJECTIVE To explore the current situation of vaccination registration check and the remedial vaccination of EPI for newly enrolled primary school and kindergarten students in Houjie Town, and provide the scientific basis for making effective measures on promote the EPI developing better. METHODS Gathering the data of vaccination certificates checking and remedial of EPI vaccination for newly enrolled primary school students and kindergarten children in Houjie from 2011 to 2013, and making statistics analysis.RESULTS A total of 34 491 children＇s vaccination certificates were checked in 3 years. The checking rate was 94.72%, the rate that holding vaccination certificates was 83.33%, the rate of remedial certificates was 90.93% and the rate of the remedial vaccination was88.43%. According to the report, the above 4 rate of the kindergarten students was higher than that of the primary school. Council school was higher than private school of above four rate. CONCLUSIONS It is needed to strengthen the work about vaccination registration checking and the remedial vaccination of EPI for enrolled primary school and kindergarten students. It must be specifically strengthen the work on guide and manage for the private educational services. By using the method of checking vaccination registration to increase children＇s immunization rate, and then in order to prevent and control the prevalence effectively in correlative infectious disease of vaccine.
