摘要
建立支架重量和梁端距变化范围的数学模型,运用遗传优化算法确定顶梁、底座、掩护梁的断面参数和四连杆机构的尺寸参数,并以ZZ12000/30/50型液压支架进行了验证。研究结果表明:通过运用遗传优化算法,使支架重量减少了16.7%,梁端距变化控制在<12 mm。
The mathematical model of the weight and the change of the distance between the roof bar end and the coal wall was established first, then the parameters of the top beam, base, shield beam and four-bar linkage were determined using the genetic algorithms. At last, the ZZ12000/30/50 type of hydraulic support was used to verify the method. The research results indicated that the weight decreased by 16.7% and the change of the distance controlled under 12 mm.
