小肠螺旋CT仿真内窥镜的临床应用

Clinical study of the CT scan simulation endoscopy on small intestine

目的探讨小肠螺旋CT仿真内镜(CTVE)在小肠疾病诊断中的应用价值。方法选择62例临床疑似小肠疾病患者,常规肠道准备后,小肠腔注气,行多排螺旋CT容积扫描后,将数据进行CTVE重建,其中35例经手术或病理证实。结果 62例患者中阴性17例,CTVE能够显示正常小肠肠腔及黏膜情况;阳性45例,其中恶性肿瘤18例、良性肿瘤17例、小肠炎性病变10例,显示腔内肿块占位18例。结论小肠充气后行螺旋CT容积扫描,进行CTVE是安全、无创性检查小肠病变的有效方法,具有广泛的临床应用价值。

Objective To study the clinical value of CT scan small intestine simulation endoscopy （CTVE） in the diagnosis of intestinal diseases.Methods 62 patients who were suspected small intestinal disease, through regular bowel preparation and small gut cavity gas injection, were lined by multi-slice spiral CT volume scanning with data CTVE reconstruction, 35 cases were confirmed by surgery and pathology.Results In 62 cases of patients, there were 17 cases of negative, CTVE could display normal configuration and small intestine mucosa situation. There were 45 cases, cases of positive, 17 cases of malignant tumor, 10 cases of benign tumor, 10 cases of small intestinal inflammatory lesions, 18 cases of occupied cavity mass.Conelusion By the small intestine inflatable scanning, CTVE is a safety, non-invasive and effective method in testing small intestinal lesions, which has broad clinical application value.
