摘要
本文以全国25个高校的5784个有效问卷为样本,探讨了我国大学生所接受的创业教育对其创业意向的影响机制。本文建立了一个广义创业态度、个人背景和创业意向之间的三元ISO模型,前者包括创业动机、创业要素认知、创业环境感知三个子变量,后者分为个人社会背景和创业教育两个子变量。通过结构方程模型和方差分析,研究发现创业教育既能直接影响创业意向,也能以广义创业态度为中间机制发挥影响,且作用显著,因此必须高度重视大学生的创业教育。
Based on the questionnaire result of 5784 students in 25 colleges over China, this paper probes into the causal impact of entrepreneurial education on entrepreneurial intention. A triple-ISO model with generalized entrepreneurial attitude (GEA), personal background and entrepreneurial intention is conceptualized. GEA consists of entrepreneurial motivation, knowledge of entrepreneurial elements, and perception of the environment, whereas personal background encompasses personal social background and entrepreneurial education. With structural equation modeling and analysis of variance, it is found that entrepreneurial education significantly influences intention directly, and also indirectly through GEA as an intermediate variable. As a result, entrepreneurial education of college students ought to be emphasized.
