摘要
以25Cr2Ni4MoV钢为研究对象,分析了不同压下率和变形温度对其焊合效率的影响。结果表明,变形温度为900℃时,孔洞完全焊合需要20%的额外宏观塑性变形,而变形温度为1 000℃时,则只需10%的额外宏观塑性变形。
The effect of reduction rate and deformation temperature on weld efficiency of 25Cr2Ni4MoV steel was studied. The results show that it requires 20% extra plastic deformation to keep the hole completely welded at 900 ℃, and it turns into 10% at 1 000 ℃.
