基层医院手术物品消毒灭菌现状调查与建议

The Investigation and Analysis of Disinfection and Sterilization for Surgery in Primary Hospitals

目的:针对基层医院在手术物品消毒灭菌现状中存在的问题与不足,探讨管理措施。方法:对全市所有一级、二级医院通过QQ群、电话、面谈几种方式进行全面调查。结果:仪器设备落后,配置不齐,手术物品消毒灭菌场地设置不规范,人员培训不力,一级医院培训率只能达到38.1%。手术物品消毒灭菌方式只有47.6%的医院合格。一级医院中只有33.3%的医院做了BD监测,没有进行生物监测。结论:手术物品的消毒灭菌是基层医院工作的重点,为确保手术安全,须不断完善基础设施建设,加强人员的培训与管理,确保使用的手术物品合格。

Objective:To discuss and explore management measures in order to solve the problems and shortcomings of of disinfection and sterilization for surgery in the primary hospitals.Methods:To investigate all the hospitals in the city,including grade ong and two,using the methods of QQ group,telephone and interviews.Results:Conditions such as backward equipment,insufficient configuration and inadequate training of personnel existed.Siting for disinfection and sterilization were not standardized.The rate of personnel training in grade one hospital was only 38%.In terms of surgical sterilization methods,only 47%of hospitals was up to standard,In all the grade one hospitals,only 33%of them did BD monitoring,and,none of them did biological monitoring.Conclusion:Disinfection and sterilization for surgery was the focal point in the primary hospital.In order to ensure the safety of operation,we must continuously improve infrastructure,strengthen management,and use qualified material.
