摘要
目的分析补阳还五汤治疗脑卒中后遗症的临床治疗效果。方法选取我院脑病科收治的150例脑卒中后遗症患者作为临床研究对象,随机分为两组。对照组患者予常规针刺治疗,观察组患者在针刺治疗的基础上加用补阳还五汤进行治疗,30 d为一疗程,一疗程后评价两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者治疗后Fugl-Meyer值与Barthel指数积分明显优于对照组(P<0.01);观察组患者的总有效率为96.00%,对照组患者的总有效率为85.33%,两者比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补阳还五汤治疗脑卒中后遗症效果较好,可以明显改善患者的运动功能和生活质量,值得临床推广。
Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of Buyang Huan Five Decoction in treatment of stroke sequela. Methods Selected 150 patients with cerebral apoplexy sequela as clinical research object,were randomly divided into two groups. Control group given conventional acupuncture treatment ,observation group on the basis of the treatment group used Buyang Huan Five Decoction treatment, 30 days for a period of treatment, after a courses the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients were compared. Results After treatment,Fugal-Meyer and Barthes index value points of observation group was significantly better than the control group （P〈O.01）; The total effective rate of observation group was 96.00% ,the total effective rate of control group was 85.33% ,there were significant differences between two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of Buyang Huan Five Decoction in treating stroke sequela is good ,can significantly improve the patient＇s motor function and quality of life ,worthy of clinical application.
