河北省沿海地区特色农业资源优势、发展现状与对策

Study on Resources Advantage,Current Situation and Countermeasures of Characteristic Agriculture Development in Hebei Coastal Region

以国务院《河北沿海地区发展规划》提出的建设滨海开发带、发展特色农业的要求为依据,在深入相关区域进行调查研究的基础上,分析了河北省沿海地区特色农业发展的资源优势,明确了发展现状及存在问题。借鉴国内外先进地区经验,提出了清晰发展理念、优化发展模式、创新发展机制、改革经营体制、延伸产业链条、强化市场开发、改善发展环境等河北省沿海地区特色农业的发展对策。

According to the requirements of the construction of coastal development zone and the development of characteristic agriculture put forward by ＂Hebei coastal area development planning＂ approved by the state council, and based on the field survey in the related areas, this paper analyzed the resources advantage, current situation and problems of characteristic agriculture development in Hebei coastal areas. Using the advanced experience of domestic and foreign regions, the countermeasures of characteristic agriculture development were also proposed, including clearing development concept, optimizing development modes, innovating mechanism, reforming management systems, extending industry chains, strengthening marketing development and improving development environment.
