辨证推拿治疗小儿腹泻500例临床观察

Clinical Observation on 500 Cases of Syndrome Differentiation of Infantile Diarrhea Treated by Massage

[目的]观察辨证推拿治疗小儿腹泻疗效。[方法]对500例住院及门诊患者辨证推拿伤食、脾虚、湿热、寒湿证型,分别施以推拿按摩手法。连续治疗6d为1疗程。观测临床症状、各型痊愈治疗次数、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]痊愈500例,总有效率100.00%。伤食泻较脾虚泻、湿热泻及寒湿泻发病率高,治疗次数较少。[结论]辨证推拿治疗小儿腹泻效果显著,值得推广。

[Objective] To observe the curative effect of Tuina therapy with syndrome differentiation of infantile diarrhea. [Methods] 500 inpatients and outpatients with massage by differentiation of syndromes and treatment. Continuous treatment with 6D for 1 courses. The clinical symptoms,the observation from times of treatment,adverse reaction. 1 courses of treatment,the curative effect. [Results] Recovery 500 cases,the total efficiency of 100%. The incidence of statistical knowledge had diarrhea is diarrhea due to spleen deficiency and dampness,damp heat diarrhea diarrhea rate is high,but fewer treatments. [Conclusion] Syndrome massage in treatment of infantile diarrhea effect is significant,worthy of promotion.
