摘要
对实际运行的210MW循环流化床(CFB)锅炉外置换热器(EHE)的换热系数进行了计算分析,得到EHE内受热面换热系数的实际值。通过将实际换热系数与采用文献中的模型计算结果进行比较,证明可以用已有的传热计算模型较为准确地计算EHE内受热面的换热系数,计算精度满足工业应用,为大型CFB锅炉的EHE工程设计提供了实际应用数据和具体通用的换热系数计算方法。
The actual heat transfer coefficient of external heat exchanger (EHE)of a 210 MW cir-culating fluidized bed boiler was analyzed.Moreover,the values was compared with the simulated heat transfer coefficients.The results show that,the current heat transfer coefficient calculation model can obtain accurate heat transfer coefficient of heating surface in the EHE,which is useful for design of large scale CFB boilers with external heat exchanger.
