摘要
传统的单导师培养研究生模式由于导师指导精力有限,不利于研究生的创新能力和实践能力培养。实行导师团队模式,有利于开拓研究生学术视野,丰富研究生科研实践平台,提高研究生培养质量。
The traditional training mode for postgraduates by single supervisor, due to supervisor's limited energy,is not favorable for the cultivation of their creative ability and practical ability. The implementation of supervisor team training mode can help broaden postgraduates ' view and enrich scientific research and practical platform to promote cultivation quality.
