三种常见的前列腺癌细胞系LNCap、PC3和DU145的生物学特性 被引量：26

摘要 前列腺癌在西方国家男性高发的恶性肿瘤中,其死亡率高居癌症死亡率的第二位,仅次于肺癌,近年来,随着人们生活方式的改变、人口的老龄化以及诊断水平的不断提升,我国前列腺癌的发病率呈明显上升趋势,上海市统计数据显示,前列腺癌的发病率已经从1991年的2.9/10万男性上升至目前的12.6/10万男性,将成为严重危害我国男性身体健康的重要疾病之一.
