羊膜移植治疗轻度真菌性角膜溃疡24例疗效观察

Therapeutic effect of amniotic membrane transplantation to mild fungal corneal ulcer in 24 patients

目的观察羊膜移植治疗轻度真菌性角膜溃疡的愈合时间及治疗效果。方法46例（46眼）真菌性角膜溃疡患者，行病灶清创联合羊膜移植术治疗者24例（24眼）为治疗组，单纯行病灶清创术者22例（22眼）为对照组，2组术后观察角膜溃疡临床愈合情况，比较治愈率与角膜上皮愈合时间。结果治疗组术后角膜溃疡临床愈合23例，治愈率95．8％，溃疡愈合时间为10-27（17．0±4．3）d；对照组术后角膜溃疡临床愈合20例，治愈率90．9％，溃疡愈合时间为18-43（28．0±6．5）d，2组术后角膜溃疡治愈率、愈合时间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论角膜病灶清创联合羊膜移植治疗轻度真菌性角膜溃疡疗效确切，溃疡愈合时间短。

Objective To observe the healing time and therapeutic effect of amniotic membrane transplantation on fungal corneal ulcer. Methods Forty-six patients （46 eyes） with fungal corneal ulcer were divided into treatment group （n=24） and control group （n=22）. Control group underwent only lesions debridement, and treatment group underwent lesions debridement plus amniotic membrane transplantation. The postoperative clinical healing of corneal ulcer was observed to compare corneal epithelium healing time and healing rate between two groups. Results In treatment group, 23 cases （95.8%） healed in 10 to 27 （17.0±4.3） days, and in control group 20 cases （90.9%） healed in 18 to 43 （28.0±6.5） days, showing significant differences in healing time and healing rate between two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Corneal lesions debridement plus amniotic membrane transplantation is effective for mild fungal corneal ulcer, with short healing time.
