整合实验室资源 构建多层次实验平台

Construction of a Multi-level Experimental Platform System Based on the Integration Resources of Laboratories

实验室是高校教学科研活动和创新人才培养的基地,实验室建设工作是要不断探索实验室管理模式和运行机制,合理有效地整合实验室资源,以提高资源使用效益和促进实验平台体系建设。实验室资源整合的基本思路就是将其视为一个系统工程,按照管理系统整体性、系统核心和特征进行抽象和提取,使若干相关模块和要素合成一个新的统一整体。实验室资源整合的对象分为三大类:有形资源、无形资源和人力资源。现结合我校实验室设置的特点,对实验室资源进行了分析,分阶段、分层次地对现有实验室资源进行整合,给出了整合实验室资源的方案,构建了多层次实验平台体系,以达到实验室自我完善和提高。

Laboratory is the base of teaching and research activities as well as training of innovative talents for higher education.For the sake of improving the effectiveness of resources and promoting the construction of experimental platform system,construction of laboratory needs to constantly explore the laboratory management mode and operation mechanism,and integrate the laboratory resources reasonably and effectively.The basic idea of laboratory resources integration is regarded as a system engineering,abstraction and extraction according to the management system integration,system core and characteristic,make some related modules and elements of the synthesis of a new unity.The object of laboratory resources integration is divided into three categories：tangible resources,intangible resources and human resources.In this paper,combined with the laboratory settings in our university,the laboratory resources are analyzed,at different levels and stages to integrate existing resources of laboratories.This paper presents the integration of laboratory resources to plan,construct multi-level experimental platform system,in order to achieve self perfection and improve laboratory.
