摘要
为了更好地推广应用现有技术和探索研发新的技术方法,在全面总结我国目前矿井水防控与资源化利用理论方法、应用技术、工程实践和技术标准等基础上,系统分析了该领域在基础理论、水文地质(补充)勘探与水害预测预报、井下水害超前探测(放)与监测预警、矿井水害主要预防与治理技术等方面的最新科研进展和取得的成果,指出了矿井水防控与资源化利用面临的挑战、存在的问题和与我国快速、集约、规模化发展的煤炭工业要求存在的差距,探讨分析了其发展趋势,展望了今后创新研究的重大科学问题和关键核心技术与方法及发展前景。
Based on the comprehensive summary of the theory and method, application technology, practical engineer- ing and technical standard of prevention and control technology of mine water disaster as well as its reutilization in China at present, this paper systematically analyzed the latest research progress and achievements of basic theory, hydrogeology (supplement) exploration, advanced detection and monitoring as well as early warning in order to further promote application of current technologies and develop new technologies and methods. And pointed out the challenges and the existing problems of the field, the gaps with requirements of fast, intensive, large-scale development of the coal industry in China, and discussed the development trends, future important scientific innovation and key technologies. The prospects of the industry and technology were also forecast.
