摘要
以黑龙江省大庆市为例,选取污染源为大庆大气工业污染源,经济指标为1996~2010年15 a间的大庆人均GDP,环境指标是1996~2010年的大庆工业二氧化硫排放量、废气排放量以及粉尘、烟尘排放量。通过EKC曲线,对经济指标和各环境指标的模拟曲线图进行分析研究,结果显示二氧化硫排放量模拟曲线是倒"U"型左半边。废气排放量呈上升趋势。粉尘排放量的曲线呈倒"N"型。烟尘排放量的关系曲线则符合EKC曲线的倒"U"型,这说明大庆市在经济发展的过程中,烟尘的排放量曾一度达到峰值。对于发展中国家的工业化城市,如果在经济发展的同时注重空气环境的保护,就可以避免峰值或者高于峰值的排放量再次出现,实现经济与环境的协调性发展。
Taking Daqing city in Heilongjiang province as an example,this paper selected the atmospheric pollution source in Daqing as the source of pollution,the per capita GDP of Daqing between 1996 and 2010 as the economic indicator,and industrial emissions of exhaust,sulfur dioxide,dust,and soot during 1996- 2010 as the environmental indicators. Through the EKC curve,the simulation curves of the economic indicator and environmental indicators were analyzed. The results showed that the curve of sulfur dioxide emission is the left of inverted ‘U'type. The emission of exhaust has an upward trend. The curve of dust emission is an inverted ‘N'type. The curve of soot emission which fits with EKC curve indicated that the soot emission once reached peak during the process of economic developmeng in Daqing. For the industrialization of developing countris city,peak or higher than peak emissions can be avoided if we can focus on the protection of air environment at the same time of economic development in order to realize the coordinated development between economy and environment.
