摘要
9-苄基芴(2)应用两种不同的方法合成。方法一是通过芴(1)与正丁基锂反应后,再与氯苄反应制备,方法二是芴与苯甲醇钠通过高压法制备。前者要用到低温、无氧无水操作,而后者原料便宜且产率高,是合成9-苄基芴的好方法。通过元素分析及NMR对产物的结构进行了表征。
9 -Benzylfluorene (2) was synthesized by two different methods. One method is that fluorene (1) reacts with n - BuLl to give red mixture solution, and then the mixture solution reacts with benzylehloride to obtain target product (2). Another method is that fluorene ( 1 ) reacts with sodium benzyloxide solution in a bomb to yield target product (2). The former way needs low temperature and anhydrous anaerobic operation. The latter way is better than the anterior way because material is cheaper and yield is higher. The products were characterized by elemental analysis and NMR spectroscopy.
