我国直辖市智能交通系统效益分析

Benefit of Intelligent Transportation System in Municipalities in China

中国的交通面临着前所未有的挑战和机遇,城市人口的增加使我国城市交通面临更大的压力,但是随着智能交通系统的推行,交通问题得到一定程度的缓解。本文在介绍我国交通系统的现状、系统分析我国交通运输系统存在问题的基础上,利用主成分分析我国直辖市智能交通带来的经济效益和社会效益,指出天津和重庆需要更多地关注交通系统的经济效益,而北京和上海则要关注交通系统的社会效益。智能交通系统效益分析对直辖市今后的交通系统建设和城市发展具有很强的理论和实践意义。

China is faced with unprecedented opportunities and challenges in transportation. The increase of urban population is exerting greater pressure on urban transportation. However, with the adoption of intelligent transportation system, traffic problems have been made less severe to some extent. Starting from the introduction to the situation of trans- portation system in China, this paper systematically studies the existing problems of transportation system, and makes a principal component analysis of economic benefit and social benefit of intelligent transportation system in municipalities. It points out that Tianjin and Chongqing should pay more attention to social benefit of transportation system while Beijing and Shanghai need to focus on economic benefit of transportation system, which is of great significance to the future transportation system construction and development of four municipalities both in theory and in practice.
