“成人”与“成己”:教师教育生活重建与教学个性生成 被引量:9

“Helping Others”and “Being One-self”:the Reconstruction of Teacher's Life of Education and the Generation of Teacher's Personality

摘要 教学个性即教师"自我"在教师教育生活中的凸显。古代教师教育生活中"成人"(成就他人)与"成己"(成为自己)自发统一,教师教学个性得以原初呈现。现代技术培养使"成人"生活过度膨胀,在"成人"挤压"成己"的教师教育生活中,教师"自我"被消解,教学个性受到严重抑制。当代创新人才的培养,促使教师教育生活蜕变为基于批判的自我创造活动,通过"成己"对"成人"的引领,教师"自我"回归,教学个性得以在教师教育生活中生成。 Teaching personality is the showing of teacher-self in teacher's life of education. "Helping others" and "Being one-self" unified spontaneously in ancient teacher's life of education. Teacher's teaching personality originally appeared. The cultivating of people with modem technique makes the life of "Helping others" over expansion. In teacher's life of education, "Helping others" squeezes "Being one-self", the "Self" of teacher is dispelled, and teacher's teaching personality is severely inhibited. The cultivating of contemporary innovative talents should change teacher's life of education into the activity of self-creation, which based on criticism. The "Self" of teacher will return, and teacher's personality will be generated in teacher's life of education through "Helping others" leading "Being one-self".
