摘要 分析荧光染料染色整理对多功能高可视性警示织物基本服用性能和功能性的影响程度。采用荧光染料对阻燃腈氯纶棉导电纤维织物进行染色,试制出了一种多功能高可视性警示服用织物,对该织物的反射率、色牢度、强伸性能、阻燃性、防静电性进行了测试。结果表明:阻燃腈氯纶棉导电纤维织物经染色整理后产生了荧光现象,色度坐标和亮度因子满足EN 471—2003规定的色彩区域和亮度要求;强力保留率与普通染色试样基本一致;色牢度、阻燃性能、防静电性能等指标均符合相应的国家标准。认为:采用荧光染料加工阻燃腈氯纶棉导电纤维织物可制备出具有良好阻燃性和防静电性的高可视性警示织物。 Effect of fluorescent dye finishing on basic wearability and function of multifunctional high-visibility war- ming cloth were analyzed. Retardant modacrylic cotton conductive fabric was dyed by fluorescent dye, one high-visibility warning clothing was made. The fabric properties were tested including reflectance, color fastness, strength and elonga- tion, flame retardance and antistatic property. The result shows that fluorescent phenomenon would be produced when re- tardant modacrylic cotton conductive fabric was dyed and finished, color area and brightness requirements formulated by EN 471-2003 can be researched by the chromaticity coordinates and brightness factor. The strength retention is basically same with common dyed sample. Corresponding national standards can be researched by some indexes including color fastness, flame retardance and antistatic property et al. It is considered that high-visibility warming cloth with better flame retardance and antistatic property can be produced when fluorescent dye was used to finish retardant modacrylic cotton conductive fabric.
