动脉粥样硬化脑缺血/再灌注动物模型的研究进展 被引量:19

摘要 脑卒中是目前导致人类死亡与残疾的三大主要疾病之一,严重的危害了人类健康.其中缺血性脑卒中发生率占60% ~80%.动脉粥样硬化是诱发心脑血管疾病的主要病理基础.合理的动物模型是实验研究的基础,动物模型的建立方法应最大可能的符合疾病实际的发展演变过程,而动脉粥样硬化脑缺血/再灌注动物模型更接近临床发病的病理过程,具有重大的研究价值.该文总结了近年关于该动物模型的研究报道,为该疾病模型的制作与研究提供参考. Abstract:Stroke is among the major causes of mortulity and disa- bility in the world, it severely harms hmnan being health. The ratio of occurrence of ischemic stroke ranges from 60% to 80%. The underlying cause of stroke is due to atherosclerosis, which can either occlude an artery or produce a thronaboenabolism. Ra- tional animul model is the base of experiments. Animul models should be established more access to the disease occurrence and development process. The animul models of atherosclerosis and cerebral ischemia/repeffusion imitate to a higher degree the path-ological mechantism of clinical diseases, it is well worth continu- ing in - depth studies. The paper provides a recent summary of the animal model including the preparation method and evalua- tion indicators and a guidance on the replication and research of the disease model.
