摘要
智能建筑是建筑行业高科技信息时代高度发展的产物,以计算机技术、通信技术及控制技术为核心,实现建筑物内部的数据信息交换。智能建筑存在着节能、自动调节、功能多样化、系统高度集成及现代化等优势,是未来建筑发展的主要方向。当前我国智能建筑的所包含的设备及系统较多,且其通讯管理效率较低,导致各种系统之间处于一种独立运行的状态,不能有效实现智能建筑系统一体化协调运行,造成了严重的资源浪费。为此,在本文中,根据智能建筑发展现状及存在的问题,在已有硬件设备的基础上,对自动化集约平台系统在智能建筑中的实际应用进行了研究与分析。
Intelligent building is the product of the development of construction industry high-tech information age, with com-puter technology, communication technology and control technology as the core, realize information exchange data within the build-ing. Intelligent building there are energy saving, automatic adjustment, functional diversification, the advantages of the system is highly integrated and modernization, is the main development direction of the future construction. Current equipment and system of the intelligent building contains more, management efficiency is low, and the communication between the various systems in a state of independent operation, cannot effectively to realize intelligent building system integration coordinated operation, caused serious waste of resources. Therefore, in this article, according to the current situation of the development of intelligent building and the ex-isting problems, on the basis of the existing hardware device, the automation and intensive platform system in the practical applica-tion in intelligent buildings is studied and analyzed.
