便携式连续性血液净化机在模拟地震环境中对挤压综合征犬的治疗效果及安全性 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨便携式连续性血液净化机(portable continuous blood purification machine,PCBPM)在模拟地震环境中对挤压伤犬进行持续静-静脉血液滤过(continuous veno-venous hemofiltration,CVVH)治疗的有效性及安全性。方法选择健康成年犬8只,使用动物挤压模型设备建立犬挤压综合征(crush syndrome,CS)相关急性肾损伤(acute kidney injury,AKI)模型,然后在地震模拟震动平台上用PCBPM对已致伤犬进行治疗。计算PCBPM置换液流量控制精度和脱水精度。监测呼吸、心率、平均动脉压、肛温、血肌酐、尿素氮、电解质等指标变化。结果 (1)测得置换液流量控制精度平均2.60%;脱水精度平均0.27%,机器运转正常;(2)犬受到重物挤压8 h后,出现CS相关AKI。经治疗各项主要生理生化指标得到明显改善(P<0.05),8只犬全部存活。结论 PCBPM能在模拟地震环境中对CS相关AKI犬进行CVVH治疗,且安全、有效。 Objective To study the efficacy and safety of continuous veno-venous hemofiltration(CVVH) therapy on the crush injury dog by using portable continuous blood purification machine (PCBPM) in the simulated seismic environment. Methods Eight healthy adult male dogs were crushed by animal extrusion equipment model and developed crush syndrome (CS) related acute kidney injury(AKI). The injured dogs were treated with PCBPM on the seismic simulation platform, the control of fluid replacement volume and dehydration accuracy of PCBPM were calculated, and breathing rate, heart rate, mean arterial pressure, anal temperature, serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen, and electrolytes were measured. Results ( 1 ) The mean control of fluid replacement volume accuracy was 2.60% ; the mean dehydration accuracy was 0.27% , the machine worked normally during the experiment. ( 2 ) Crushed by the weight 8 h, dogs developed crush syndrome and acute kidney injury, and after the treatment, the main physiological and biochemical indicators improved significantly (P 〈 0.05 ) , all dogs survived successfully. Conclusions Dogs suffering from CS related AKI can be cured safely and effectively by PCBPM in the simulated seismic environment.
