地方高校智库的属性及其发展策略

Attribute Characteristics of Local University Think-tank and Its Development Strategies

我国的智库近年来发展迅速,同时,以面向地方经济社会发展和政府决策咨询研究为主的高校智库也纷纷建立。回顾高校智库的发展历程以及我国高校智库建设的背景,着重探讨地方高校智库服务性、地方性、开放性和后发性等属性特征,并结合上述特征提出差异化、本土化、多元化和品牌化等适合地方高校智库发展的策略。

In recent years,with the quick development of the think-tank in China,the university think-tank has been set up one after another,which is oriented to the local economic and social development and government decision-making consultation research.This paper reviews the historical development of the think-tank and the background,and analyzes the attribute characteristics of the local university think-tank:service,localization,openness,and advantage of backwardness.The paper also puts forward the strategies for developing the think-tank,such as differentiation,localization,diversification and branding,etc.
