摘要 综述了聚酰亚胺(PI)纤维国内外研究现状;简述了PI纤维的品种及性能,仅P84纤维实现了商业化生产;详述了PI纤维的干法纺丝、湿法纺丝、干-湿法纺丝工艺技术及其优缺点;分析了PI纤维市场应用领域,主要应用于电力、水泥、钢铁及冶炼等行业的耐高温滤料;指出我国应加强产学研合作,加大开发力度,开发低成本、高性能的PI纤维,实现PI纤维国产化。 The research status of polyimide (PI) fiber was reviewed in China and abroad. The PI fiber variety and performance were briefly described. The commercial production has been realized only for P84 fiber. The production technologies for PI fiber and their advantages and disadvantages were described in details, including dry spinning, wet spinning and dry-wet spinning processes. The application fiehts of PI fibers were analyzed, dominantly used as high-temperature resistant filtration material in the fields of electric power, cement, steel and smelting, etc. It was pointed out that China should enhance the CEEUSRO, strengthen the low-cost high-performance PI fibers development and realize the commercial production of PI fibers.
