摘要
目的建立一种便捷灵敏的青蒿素含量测定方法,并测定其在不同溶剂中的溶解度及油水分配系数、方法均匀试验设计优化青蒿素的柱前衍生条件,采用HPLC—ECD法进行测定。结果优化的青蒿素柱前衍生条件为:1mL青蒿素无水乙醇溶液与4mL氢氧化钠0.01mol·L-1于70℃水浴中反应50min后,冷却至室温,再加入5mL醋酸0.06mol·L-1。青蒿素在0.0015-0.7500μg范围内线性关系良好。结论建立的柱前衍生HPLC—ECD法专属性强、灵敏度高,适用于青蒿素的测定。
