摘要
工业规模的高速度发展过程,排放了大量的温室气体,使人类的生存和社会的经济发展遭受到威胁。本文运用多目标决策方法中的加权法研究区域能源供给结构低碳化模型,从空间结构与功能结构两个维度建立基于低碳化要求的区域能源供给配置系统。建立区域能源供给结构低碳化的实现机制,有利于改变传统以煤炭为代表的化石能源为主要元素的能源供给结构,逐渐扩大能源供给结构中清洁能源的比重,减少温室气体排放导致的环境污染。
The high speed development of industrial scale leads to a mass of greenhouse gas emissions ,threats to mankind survival and society economic development . The paper studies on regional energy supply structure low carbonization model based on weighted method of multi - objective decision - making method ,establishes regional energy supply configuration system based on the low carboniza -tion requirements from spatial structure and function structure two dimensions , establishes regional energy supply structure low carbonization realization mechanism . It is beneficial to change traditional energy supply structure of fossil energy as the main element with coal as the rep -resentative ,gradually expand the proportion of the clean energy in the energy supply structure ,and reduce environmental pollution caused by greenhouse gas emissions .
