磁控溅射离子镀新型硬黑铬镀层的制备与性能 被引量:2

Preparation and properties of a novel black hard chromium coating prepared by magnetron sputter ion plating

摘要 采用磁控溅射离子镀技术在316不锈钢上制备了一种新型硬黑铬镀层。研究了该硬黑铬镀层的外观、组成、硬度、耐蚀和耐磨性。结果表明,该新型硬黑铬镀层呈靓丽的枪黑色,镀层组成为Cr 73.62%、O 15.05%及C 11.33%,具有优良的耐蚀、耐磨性及与基体良好的结合力,耐250°C的高温,表面硬度高达1 400 HV,是理想的装饰性镀层。 A novel black hard chromium coating was prepared on the surface of type 316 stainless steel by magnetron sputter ion plating technology, and its appearance, composition, hardness, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance were tested. The results showed that the black hard chromium coating presents a beautiful gun-black with a composition of Cr 73.62wt%, O 15.05wt%, and C 11.33wt% and a microhardness of 1 400 HV, has good resistance to corrosion and wear, is well adhered to the substrate, and can endure high temperature up to 250 ℃, being able to be used as an ideal decorative coating.
