摘要
本文结合作者液压支架立柱维修经验,对液压支架立柱存在的典型故障进行分析,并提出分析所用的方法。同时针对典型的零部件的失效形式,介绍了常用的修复工艺,对液压支架检修工作具有很强的指导意义。
Combining experience in the maintenance of hydraulic support column, the author analyzes the presence of typical malfunction of hydraulic support column, and proposes some methods of analysis, and also describes the common repair process for the typical failure modes of components, which have strong guidance meaning on repairing works on the hydraulic support.
