摘要
选用 5 5 k W的 3GQ- 2 /70型高压清洗水射流装置作为水工混凝土的冲蚀磨损设备 ,考察了小角度条件下含沙高速水射流作用下混凝土材料的冲蚀磨损性能 .结果表明 :混凝土受到严重的冲蚀磨损 ;在冲击角度较小时 ,混凝土材料的冲蚀磨损机制主要表现为硬质磨粒沿水平速度方向的切削作用 ,以及沿垂直方向的冲击作用导致的表面裂纹和脆性断裂 ;钢纤维对混凝土材料的小角度冲蚀破坏有明显的增强作用 .
kW 3GQ 2/70 high pressure water jet cleaning device was used to evaluate the erosion wear behavior of a general hydraulic concrete with or without steel fiber. The eroded worn surfaces of the concrete samples were observed with a scanning electron microscope, while the erosion wear mass loss of the samples determined with a procession balance. It has been found that the hydraulic concretes experienced severe erosion wear as impacted with high speed water jet containing sand. The erosion wear of the concrete is characterized by the cutting action of the hard particles along horizontal direction and that along vertical direction. The initiation and propagation of cracks near the defects in the concretes may lead to brittle fracture. The steel fiber is effective to increase the erosion wear resistance of the hydraulic concrete impacted by high speed water jet at a small angle.
