摘要
随着信息技术的迅猛发展,企业内部软硬件设备与外部的网络构成了一个复杂而庞大的信息系统。为了确保信息系统的安全,在对比分析当前已有的监控系统的基础上,设计了一种面向应用运行安全的质量监控系统。该系统通过对硬件环境、网络环境以及各种应用的业务功能进行监控,并采用自学习的方式同时产生各监控对象的基线标准,除了能收集更加全面的信息迅速分析故障外,还能从看似正常的应用运行情况中挖掘出可能的隐患。实验表明,提出的面向应用的监控系统可以大大提高应用系统的运维效率以及减少故障的发生,从而提升信息技术系统的服务品质。
With the rapid development of information technology, the internal hardware and software in enterprise and the external network compose a complex and huge information system. For system security, due to the important application in the enterprise, an application running-oriented quality monitoring was designed based on the current comparative analysis of monitoring system. Through monitoring the hardware environment, network environment and business functions of various applications and adopting the way of self-learning approach to produce baseline standards for monitored objects, monitoring system could dig out possible hazards on a normally appearing application while coUeeting more comprehensive information to quickly analyze the faults. Experiments show that the application-oriented monitoring system is able to gready improve the work efficiency of the system operation and maintenance, and the stoppage early warning mechanism can effectively reduce the faults and greatly improve the service quality of IT system.
